Meet the Founder
Michael Charles
James Karuga
Michael is a taekwondo black belt and a respected figure in Kenyan taekwondo. He founded Charles Michael Sports Hub to create more opportunities for Kenyan athletes — especially juniors in Limuru and Kiambu County — to train, compete and pursue their sporting ambitions.
Under his guidance, CMSH operates strictly under World Taekwondo rules, ensuring every athlete we train is prepared for any regional or international stage.
